User Terms Of Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using any of our software. Your use of our software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

1. Our software is licensed on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis and may only be installed on a single computer. A separate registration code must be generated for each computer on which the software is installed. The software may only by used by you for non-commercial purposes.

2. You agree that our software is used "as is" without representations, warranties or covenants of any kind, that you have the sole responsibility to evaluate the risks and benefits of using the software, that PlayPerfectBlackjack is making no representations, warranties or covenants whatsoever as to the accuracy, reliability or correctness of any numbers or other data or information generated or to be generated by the software, including calculators and other tools, and that PlayPerfectBlackjack is making no implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice, and that you covenant that you will only use the software, or allow the software to be used, in a way that fully complies with all applicable law.

3. In no event shall PlayPerfectBlackjack be liable for any damages arising out of the use of this software, including without limitation any losses, lost revenue or reduction of profits, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

4. Modification, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembly of the software is expressly prohibited. The software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

5. You may not rent, lease, sell, or create copies, or create derivative works of the software. You may not transfer your rights to the software to another individual or entity.

6. All copyrights in and to the software, any accompanying written materials and any copies of the software are owned by PlayPerfectBlackjack. This software is protected by International copyright laws.

7. This License and all related actions shall be governed by United Kingdom law.

8. End User acquires only the right to use the software and does not acquire any rights, express or implied, in software other than those specified in this License. PlayPerfectBlackjack shall at all times retain all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights in the software.

9. End User agrees:

i. The software may automatically check for upgrades and improvements while being used online.

ii. The software will only be used in accordance to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is being used.

10. Information contained in this agreement is subject to change without notice and does not represent a commitment or contracted obligation on the part of PlayPerfectBlackjack to notify or contact the End User when changes are made. However, we do make every effort to communicate with our software users and customers, on an ongoing basis, about every aspect of the service we provide.

11. PlayPerfectBlackjack reserves all rights not expressly granted in this User Agreement.

12. Installing and using the software signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license.

13. If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove the software files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

14. End User should review PlayPerfectBlackjack's Privacy Policy.
